This micro lot coffee is in our exceptional category produced by Jamer Alberto Cubillos at El Triángulo farm, located in Santa María, Huila, at 1,815 meters above sea level.
Carefully handpicked cherries are processed using the washed method, designed to highlight the purity and precision of this Geisha. Every step is focused on preserving its natural elegance and clarity.
In the cup, this coffee is highly expressive and refined. We experience lifted jasmine florals and vibrant raspberry, carried by a silky, tea-like body. The acidity is bright yet polished, giving structure and length, with a super clean and lingering finish that feels almost weightless.
